Claire shares the recent opening of her 3rd eye during a plant medicine cermeony in 2020, which then activated her light langauage. If you haven't heard about 'light language' and aren't sure what it is then this is a great intro as she describes in a very easy to understand way. Obviously, this isn't where her journey first began and she explains how her eating disorder from a young age, opened the path towards her own healing, leading her to discover many different practices that helped along the way. We talk about the adjustment period of having to integrate her new abilities into her life and we then close with her perspective on what and how the next phase of our collective awakening will unravel.
